Banc Services Group, Inc. was founded by CEO, Mark A. Pflanzer in December of 2004 and established as a financial services company that operates as a tennessee mortgage lender as well as a tennessee mortgage broker. We offer a wide array of residential and commercial loan programs designed to assist first time home buyers, home owners, and entrepreneurs in realizing their goals of home and business ownership.

Our core programs include all available conventional loan programs as well as FHA, VA, USDA and SBA loans. Additionally, our wholesale division caters to small and midsize community banks across the country. Our wholesale services included corporate & commercial consulting, force placed insurance, real estate tax tracking, mortgage protection programs and flood determinations.
